Being a dynamic company and in a continuous improvement, counting on international operations and competent employees, focused on the client, trough Helinick`s Service and Maintenance Department, we are improving the “CRM CALL CENTER” and we offer to our clients our professional support services in 3 different languages: English, Spanish and French.
This services are available starting from April of 2015, the Helinick “Service and Maintenance” department, through the “CRM CALL CENTER,” support center, offers to its customers, from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..
Our basic competences are: technical support and assistance on the phone (LEVEL 1) and receiving/registering the requests for technical intervention.
